Mom had enough points to book us at the Hilton in Times Square. After driving around Kerry, Boz, Reagan and I went upstairs to get settled and wait for mom and dad.

That night, after mom and dad arrived, we went into Times Square to eat at Bubba Gump. Since it was a Friday in Times Sqaure, we had to wait a little bit, and I tried to get a few good family photos...
That night, we went back to the hotel, put Reagan to bed, got Coldstone from across the street, and introduced mom and dad to the awesome mess that is Ghost Adventures.
The next morning, the boys went off to run an errand and Mom, Reagan, Kerry and I went to the American Girl Store. Since my mom found out she was having a granddaughter, she's dreamed about her 3rd birthday, taking her to the American Girl Doll Store in New York City and buying her a bitty baby. We took our time and had fun walking and letting Reagan explore.

We met Boz and Dad at the American Girl Doll Store and mom was almost jumping she was so excited. She took Reagan by the hand and they went in quest of the perfect Bitty Baby.

From the American Girl Doll Store, we walked down the street to see what we could see. Reagan told Kerry and Boz that she wanted to see Elmo. Well, can you believe it, we rounded a corner and there he was!! If you look really really hard, you can see the creepy guy looking out from behind Elmo's mouth.

After the excitement of so many stores, Kerry and Boz wanted to take Reagan back for a rest and Mom and Dad also wanted to rest. My options were to hang around the hotel or walk around to see what I could see. One of my favorite things about New York is that you never know what you're going to see. I decided to take the camera and go on a quest.
I headed up to Central Park, because honestly, I've only been to Central Park once and it was to attend a symposium with the actors from Shakespeare in the Park. I only saw a small part of the park and wanted to explore more.
First, I walked up 5th Avenue. While I dodged tourists shopping at H&M and taking pictures of Tiffany's, Hollister and Nine West (have I mentioned, I hate tourists?) I managed to grab a few fun shots.
For the record, I was taking a picture of the cool ironwork, not because it was Saks....

From Central Park, I walked back to meet everyone for dinner at the American Girl Cafe. The room was a dream for me. It's exactly how I want to decorate the bathroom in my first house. Well, not exactly. Same colors, maybe not the stripes...

That night, Kerry, Mom and I went to see Something Borrowed in Times Square. It was a fun female bonding experience, and I think all three of us had a great time.
The only thing I really wanted to do in New York was go to the Statue of Liberty. For all of the times I've been in New York City, I have never seen the Statue of Liberty. Sunday morning, we packed up our bags, checked out of the hotel and headed for the Circle Line. It was awesome...

After we got off of the Circle Line, we went to the Intrepid. Our cousin, Gregg, died on 9/11 and for a time, his uniform was on the Intrepid. We found out it wasn't there any longer, but it was still fun.
